This is the view out my back yard. Believe it or not....but the roads where not too bad. And yes we lost electricty due to the tree limbs being weighted down and breaking onto the power lines.

Very nice winter scene! Out here in Washington we call these storms silver thaw. Don't know for sure why but in 1911 one of these storms laid down almost seven inches of ice. made just a couple power poles and trees fall!
