This lone lily in the water reminded me so much of a moon with the reflection of the tree in the water. An upside down landscape of sorts...isn't it crazy how water lilies create a glow all of their own?!

Hi Terri, yes the contrast between the lily and the dark green leaves does give you the comparison of a moon in the sky - I like the reflections in the lake - they always add that something to a photograph! well done.

What a nice healthy bunch of leaves you found. Can't say as I've ever seen them quite in such abundance before, but I'm not complaining..This whole shot is just charming :)

It sure is wonderful, one lily surrounded by those leaves.
I like the tree a lot: reflection, upside down,
Too bad it was so cloudy, now the only light source left is the beautiful water lily.
