The canon 70-200mm f/4L lens and the 21mm macro extension tube captured this swallowtail at the calendar gardens yesterday, hand held.
I have been thinking of our dear and talented fractal artist jswgpb and my thoughts are with you John, I just want to make another dedication to a sweet and fun member of Caedes.♥♥ ♥♥

Well i can't give any advice on a picture that's just about perfect..Careful those tubes don't wear out...R.

You make constructive advice a little difficult on your postings, Sandi. I might as well be telling Leonardo da Vinci to tell Mona Lisa to chew some bubble gum and show more of a toothy grin.
The shot itself has no technical flaws that I can see. I'm still wondering what it is that you're doing to the image in the upload to keep it so small. Personally I'm convinced that you want them to be a substandard size because the shots suck at full size.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
