The wolf looks very good also in B/W. It would have been still better if you had a full view. He was probably too close to the fence I suppose.

It's as if you can see our livingroom wall. Mrs b and I have a large original charcoal and chalk drawing of a wolf and it's very similar to this. This is a beatiful study and I like the way you've kept the colour in the eye.

I like this in B & W as it bring out the lighting on the wolf's head. Glad you kept the eye in color. A wonderful entry for the fun challenge, Sandi.

A good b/w presentation of the image Sandi. Nice lighting and shadows in the photo. It needs a little refinement on the eye colour tweaking. And perhaps using some selective darkening on the nose/snout area to tone down the washed out look caused by the fencing.
