Monday I had lunch with a gal I used to work with, and even though it was a very windy day, with gusts at times we decided to visit the local park.
These Lupines I believe are a new addition to the gardens at Center Park.
This was a Samsung Galaxy S6 moment, and dealing with very windy conditions.Editing done in LR, and Photofiltre Studio.

No sign of any blur here Sandi. Beautiful colour on the lupines and also this is a nice and colourful shot overall.

It nice to see a old world flower like these lovelyl Lupines that at one time could be seen all over the UK .Very colourful photography and lovely compstion to and I like how you have sharpened up the flowers it she makes the flowers pop.

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.
Lupines used to be very common even as wild weeds when I was a child. Now one has to visit botanical garden or specialised agricultural institution to see and admire them...
Good anyway that they are still there on this earth unlike other species.

Bring some fine thread or fishing line with you to tie things down so they don't sway in the wind. For larger, sturdier objects you might want to opt for a hammer, nails and a board or two. Beautiful colours in the blooms and a lovely capture of the scene, Sandi.

I can't see no blur Sandi. If you have decreased the shutter time (if possible to e.g. 1/1000), I can't see any effect of the DOF either.
