My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Wow, super view, SAS...your composition makes it appear you were really close to the edge...I guess you didn't do any high diving off the cliff into the water?:):).
Great shot from my neck of the woods! I lived down the road from here. You can really see effects from the last ice age along the shoreline and through the region.
I remember standing in this very same spot, looking at the way the water along the shore changed as it moved into the depths, and wishing I'd bought a camera (my introductory 5mp digital days were still 3-1/2 years away and my SLR Minolta was a dead slug). A terrific angle on the "Castle", Sandi, one I keep seeing in promotional pieces but never one taken by someone I actually know! Cool beans!
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Causes vertigo to me, Sandi, 😜 ! Just kidding of course. Perfect chosen vantage point in order to achieve a wonderful 'bird's eye view' of Miners Castle. Very well done again!
