While in Lundington, Mi. I was able to see this very impressive vessel several times. I'm going to post another picture of it today to accompany this post.

These will be my last postings till probably the 25th at the earliest.

Leaving once again tomorrow but this time I'm heading back up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I will be offline during that time.

I remember the SS Badger Sandi - I saw it leave Wisconsin for Michigan several times and we considered taking it as well.

As Raj said, this would have been a marvelous sky contest entry...very peaceful and moody and I like how the bit of sunlight is hitting the water...the distant vessel adds interest and drama...so you will be off gallivanting again...will miss you...have a good trip.

This capture with the outward bound sailing SS Badger in combination with a dramatic sky with crepuscular rays creates a nostalgic feeling to me, Sandi.
