This photo gives one a feeling of silent stillness. The early morning light and the slight morning fog over the water plus the trees and shore in almost silhouette - all these together make this a wonderful shot Sandi.

What a peaceful scene Tigz. I bet the fish can't even jump out of the water until later so as not to disturb anything.
I would walk barefoot and quietly to enjoy this.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?
It looks so still and pretty. Sometimes an early morning wake-up grants you a very nice view. Good capture Sandi.

Sandi, beautifully done. Your lake reminds me of the famous Camp Crystal Lake from the Friday the 13th franchise movies. I'm not quite sure, but I think I saw Jason lurking out there in the darkness. Just my advice, don't be the first one to go out and take a shower!

Sandi, in Holland we have the saying: 'Morgenstond heeft goud in de mond.' When translated literally it says: "The early morning has gold in its mouth". A comparable saying in English is however: "The early bird gets the worm."
To me these sayings are valid for your wonderful image.
