This unique park is the creation of sculptures built from scrap iron. It is located 15 miles east of Marquette, Mi. in the upper peninsula. You can walk or drive through it, and its free admission, and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I decided to play around with this one for a different overall effect.

I appreciate your comments, thanks!

Sandi, I saw this photograph last week. Before I could comment on it, you already deleted it to make way for a contest entry.
I don't know what the sculptor had in mind when creating this artwork. In any case, it is an astonishing contemporary work of art that can be interpreted in many ways.
The sepia like color for this photograph is very well chosen too.

I think the sepia tones work well here Sandi - interesting sculpture and great idea for a park.

I love looking at this type of artwork Tigs - It's so amazing how the artist uses obscure parts to assemble them into a fine sculptor - Great Capture!!!!!!!!!!!!

I, too, enjoy this kind of sculpture, rather a bit like steam punk. In 2001 my wife, youngest son, and I drove across the U.P., following the south shore of Lake Superior. It was a beautiful trip through and past terrific attractions, but unfortunately, we were two years too early to see this park. It is, however, yet another good reason for revisiting the Marquette area (as well as others there, like Munising). Thanks for the update, Sandi, and I agree that using a sepia filter for a scrap iron sculpture makes sense.
