This is beautiful work Sandi - I really enjoyed the B&W challenge - I'd love to see it come back but it seems as if there are not enough people posting these days.
Sandi, it was an excellent initiative from Lyn. The B&W contributions were of a high standard. Over time, interest waned. Lyn herself then decided to stop the B&W challenge. Like Kathy, I'd love to see the challenge come back, but the reality of still less interest in Caedes these days makes it to wishful thinking. This beautiful B&W capture from you makes the Caedes activity of those days evoke a nostalgic feeling in me!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I agree with the Kathy and Cornelius. We all used to enjoy the black and white challenge. However, I came back a few months ago and have nearly stopped posting. I tend to get more feedback (or at least more laughs) on Facebook.
Nonetheless, this image would have easily won this week's black and white challenge.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
