My sweet boy Thomas had to be euthanized Friday May 9th. I had been treating him for thyroid issues for several years. An x-ray showed his heart was severely enlarged. My daughter and I was with him as he passed. I can't t begin to tell you my feeling of loss. He was truly special as i think most of you remember the story behind him coming into my life at the very same time I lost my significant other half Harry. At night when it was time to go to bed Tom would curl up right next to me and would lay his paw on my hand and we would fall to sleep that way. I have had cats all my life, but he was the most unique and beautiful hearted cat that I have ever had in my life. I used the photoroom app on my phone to create this one of my sweet boy. tigs=^..^=

What a strong and emotional story of Thomas. Through your words I mourn him too. The lost of loved ones is very difficult. I hope you find peace and comfort as you continue on. ~~ John

This is a lovely picture of your dear Thomas cat. My heart aches for your loss of such a precious companion. We always know we wont have them for ever but the pain of their passing takes time to become bearable. He was such a fortunate feline to be so loved and cared for.

Sandi, your four-legged friend Thomas wasn't only loved by you, but also by the Caedes friends, partly because of the photographs you sent in over time, with the accompanying stories. A great loss indeed. We know what impact this loss can have on someone's well-being. I can only express my empathy here, and I do so with all my heart. I wish you much strength in coping with this loss.

I'm so sorry to hear about Tom Sandi - I also had a cat that curled up in my arm every night and I know what a comfort that was to you, this scene around Tom shows he's crossed over that rainbow bridge - you have wonderful memories - cherish them.

My sincere condolences Sandi!! So very sorry. Having pets is so meaningful and special and powerful and we get so attached, but it is as it should be. Hugs coming in:)
