This is really, really wonderful, Faved. The colors, the essence of the beauty of this capture is very intriguing, you are attracted to this and want to linger, brings joy to your heart and mind.
Sandi, like Kathy, at first I thought I was seeing a hyacinth, but a hyacinth has a compact inflorescence, so I started to doubt. I now think that you've photographed a herbaceous Clematis, likely the cultivar 'New Love' or a similar variety within the Clematis heracleifolia group.
I too at first thought hyacinth (a rather deranged one) but from the leaves I believe it is a bush clematis. It is lovely whatever it is and the colour is gorgeous
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
