well... my gosh Wow! ( I seem to say that a lot lately^^)
how did you manage that?!lol, fantastic capture, awesome light and clarity for this shot. the soft colorful background really give a great focus to the subject as well. -10
Fabulous shot...required perfect technique and timing to get this one! I have a bit of an idea how hard it is to get something this good...its very hard. Bravo.
I've never seen a live one, only tomb paintings and first, that is one ugly head! But your catch is stunning and undeniably a ten. What? no c-index yet, that's just wrong.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
This is a fantastic shot, absolutly stunning, poety in motion and now in capture as well. I cant believe that such amazing photography exists in this world except heres the proof. Well done on one of the most excellent photos on this site and probably in the world. Thanks for sharing 10/10
This shot is beautiful, Robert. I love the bird's colors, and the way you caught him in motion with such expectancy all about him is really good. You framed it well, and the lighing is just right to show his color but not too much.
I dont know why, but I got always your pictures in the votting booth....but well, this one is great, the bird on its move, very neat, perfect colors, and the bnackground out of focus, give it more atravtive way to comtemplate this adventurous bird....good work my friend :)
great dynamic live shot
I'm very jealous
wish I'd been there!
great job masking and blurring the background to isolate the bird
makes for a great composition
Hey Robert, this is a phenomenal shot. The lighting is perfect to bring out the detail. I know how hard it can be to catch birds in flight on a closeup.
Thanks for visiting Top Down again. That shot never gets old for me either :)
