Life has thrown me a few curves the last couple of weeks. From major car repairs to the death of someone close to the loss of my doctor of 33 years to a serious illness. It caused me to think of this calla lily for my Fx2 post for the week. It's all about the light and handling the curves that come along. . .

I like your analogy with regard to the curves in the Calla Lily and your post as well. However, very sorry to hear that you have had to deal with "the curves." A quote from John Lennon - "Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans." You're in my thoughts and prayers. Great closeup Kathy and a nice background as well.

Well composed shot showing the curves beautifully Kathy. Car repairs and old doctor dying are only smaller curves compared to the death of someone close.

Stunning with that dark background. A very beautiful fx2 post, Kathy. Life is like a horizontal curved line...full of peaks and valleys. The Lord helps us through, though.
