A team of international astronauts are sent on a dangerous mission to reignite the dying Sun with a nuclear fission bomb in the year 2057. The earth is freezing and the sun is dying in this British Sci-Fi film by Danny Boyle. This was done with a crystallized snow photo and a filter from SPE - along with some work in PS. I particularly wanted the snow crystals semi visible to support the theme of the film. One of my SNATM theme offerings for this week.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?
Well, if the sun is already dying no nuclear bomb will help. But it is of course a good theme for a movie. Nice presentation to suit this theme.
