I don't know what bush this is but found the blooms interesting with the deep pink outer shell and the orange berries inside. It may be a type of burning bush before the leaves change to red.

Has some resemblance of a species of a Euononymus (spindle).
I'm not sure however because I know only the European species, which differs slightly with the by you depicted one.
