I'm posting this today as we are having our first major snowfall this afternoon and into tomorrow. We are supposed to get 4-6" of snow followed by some icing. Just 40 miles north of me they may get as much as 14" - let's hope it stays north. I prefer these snowball hydrangea!

Now that's the type of snowballs I can relate to - they're lovely - got 4 more months until they bloom in my area - Great Capture Kathy and good luck with the snow and ice.

Kathy, I think that you, like me, prefer the floral snowballs above the real ones. Snow can make on the one hand a landscape to a winter wonderland, but on the other hand it creates certain limitations in particular for elder people.
Hope that your snowfall with be a moderate one, so having a winter wonderland and at the same no movement/travel limitations.
Wonderful capture however!

The lighting in this shot sure sets then off nicely. Hopefully it stays north of you, I think we might get some, but not here yet. tigs=^..^=
