This is a torch Bromeliad - taken in January on a very cold day so the hot color was so nice! Another possible for the contest. {I will be offline for at least Monday and Tuesday as I've had a new computer built and the old one goes into to the shop tomorrow morning for them to transfer data and reload my programs. Then Tuesday they bring the new computer to me and get it all set up. Here's hoping all goes well - if it does I'll see you Wednesday.}

This sure makes a good contest entry! Beautiful bromeliad, I find these so fascinating. Getting a computer built to your liking, very cool, and getting help on the data transfer wtg! I might check into that when I'm ready for new one, which just might be this year? I always just go buy them at Best Buy or whatever. tigs=^..^=

A lovely photo of this "Torch" Kathy. When I get a new PC I transfer the details from the old one myself by recording what I really want to transfer using a USB stick.. But the old one is sitting under the table and I need to start it sometimes.also :)

Love the torch Kathy - It is another decision you have to think about with regard to the current contest - Good Luck with the new computer - I'm sort of in the same situation as you regarding computers - I'm currently running Win 7 with a DSL connection - also have a Win 10 computer and need to transfer my data and sign up with Comcast High Speed - Great Capture!!!
