One of my last cone flower shots for this year. The little yellow spots in the cone are the other flowers that bloom inside this flower. I've always found that one of the most interesting things about cone flowers. Please enlarge to see better.

Kathy, I always view the contributions at full screen size in order to notice the details. The details in your Cone flower picture are very special because of the blooming tiny flowers inside the 'Mother flower' (😁). To a certain extent an amazing capture, but a very fine one too!
