A beautiful fiery coloured Rose I discovered while out in the countryside. The background was much too gray, so I decided to add a bit of my own Paint Shop Effects. The familiar Mosaic Weave I've used before. And I added the glamorous golden gradiant. I hope you will give me some comments and let me know your thoughts. Thanx so much.

A fabulous shot of the rose, wonderful clarity and colours in it. I have to agree with Thad about the background, for me the mosaic bit is out of place for this shot. I do like the frame and deep red that lie behind it though. Nicely done and presented and thanks for sharing, ~Wendell

Verena, you truly amaze me at these wonderful manips you do! It's already a most beautiful rose, but with the addition of the semi-transparent lattice and the gold work, you have transformed the rose into something so very elegant and indeed, glamorous!! Gorgeous work my friend! :)
