This isn't super sharp, but you'll get the idea. These are the brave souls who withstood heat indexes of 100 for our US Get-Together in DC last weekend. It was worth it! From left to right - Steve and Hilda (Wheedance), Mary (Mornstar), well hidden right behind her our current artist of the month and everyone's friend PJ (Phasmid), PJ's husband, Pat, Jen (Jeenie11,)Cindy (Cynlee)and her husband Roy. Not pictured - Cindy and Roy's son, Aaron. The husbands really deserve high praise for following us around and enduring the heat! It was a great honor and pleasure to meet everyone. Jen's son Chris took this shot for us - we were lucky to meet a couple of handsome sons, too!

i was lucky as an unaccompanied female to hang around with the handsome husbands..........and oh of course the wives! i had a sometime escort, too. good shot, who took it?...

Well, if ya'll want real..look at the back of my left ankle. I had worn my sneaks around the day before on our trek to Mt Vernon, and it was so hot and sticky that I ended up with a colossal blister.
It was worth it all, and thanks for putting this up, Hilda, and to tell you the truth, that's about as much of me anyone will ever see unless they come to a get together. ....lol....

Nice post Hilda. It truly is nice to see the face of my friends. PJ has become even more mysterious. That fascinates me. She has pretty feet and long dark hair. That's a start.
