For all you lucky people who are having a July 4th party, I got your strings of lights, lol.
Hope everyone has a happy, SAFE 4th. And remember why we celebrate today.
Q: Why did the blonde get so excited after she finished her jigsaw puzzle in only 6 months?
A: Because on the box it said From 2-4 years.
Q: How do you confuse a blonde?
A: Ask her to alphabetize a bag of M&Ms.
Q: Why are dumb blonde jokes so short?
A: So brunettes can remember them.
Looks like you got your software workin' again, and how. I like the variety of sizes of the orbs in here, from the large all the way down to what looks like floating dust motes. Nice arrangement and color contrasts, too. Good to see you fractalizin' again, Toni. Actually, the local fireworks stands were selling "memory lanterns," open-bottomed, light-weight rice paper balloons, about 2-feet across, with a small fuel canister attached to the bottom (basically a miniature hot-air balloon). At 11:00 tonight at the rodeo grounds, as the main fireworks began, hundreds of people outside the arena, not attending the rodeo, started lighting these things and letting them drift up into the air. They went so high and so far that they at first covered the sky, because the whole balloon was alight with the flame inside, then gradually disappeared. They are called "memory lanterns" because they were released for our men and women in uniform, with part of the proceeds going to military families. It was quite a sight. That's what your fractal reminds me of, what I saw tonight.
So very festive, and a perfect July 4th creation, Toni! It reminds me of the tune "99 Luftballoons" :) I love the gradient and lighting, as well as the wispy elements near the bottom! Hope your 4th was grand! :) Beautiful work!
