Beautiful!
Taken from Skyline Drive. We were expecting some brilliant color but foliage had not peaked as of yet :(
This tender moment speaks for itself... then we are hit with reality...they're destined for Steakhood!
Somewhere In Shenandoah National Park.
Sorry about the fence and the calve's earing...LOL
They seemed pretty...all in a bunch :)
This little guy just ignored us as we were hiking through.
These were happy little bloomers.
The mysterious stone figures known as inuksuit can be found throughout the circumpolar world. Inukshuk, the singular of inuksuit, means "in the likeness of a human" in the Inuit language. They are monuments made of unworked stones that are used by the Inuit for communication and survival. The traditional meaning of the inukshuk is "Someone was here" or "You are on the right path."
It's a beauty already!
I continue to watch its progression and feel so proud.
A very somber place but new life surrounds the simple footprints that were the Twin Towers.
Profound Simplicity. Best when viewed full screen.
Another Grand Canyon shot...another perspective.
The mist seemed like rolling fog and it caught my attention :0
We boarded a Cessna and flew above the peaks in Juneau, Alaska. Could not get enough of these views. I shot this from the plane's window and it was before digital :)
Athabasca Falls, Jasper National Park.
I know, I know... So I was in a chopper over the Canyon and wearing sunglasses. The colors and textures were outstanding. When I removed my sunglasses to take pics, it did not seem as impressive. So, I placed my sunglass lens over the Camera lens and this was the result. At the time, I called it my prize photo...LOL...I still marvel at it.
At Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Grand Teton Range in the back. Overall, not great but Okay considering I took it through the window. This was a phenomenal place!
Best viewed full screen. Reminded me of the importance of natural light.
