I'm doing my hmwk and ran across a problem...MOI HAVE PROBLEM IN PHOTOSHOP!? Funny thing is, it's sooo simple, but i've never really done this b4.
...but first the background info: So my project is to make a flyer (flier?) for a business as an advertisement. So, i was thinking about putting the images and text on a black background.
Now for my problem: say i want to put a logo (office depot) on the black background (i think this is copyright infringment but my teacher told me to do it and I don't feel like having a long talk about it with him when i have no idea what i'm talking about). Anyways, so i'm trying to put this logo on the black background so all you see is the red text (the office depot logo) and not the white stuff it was originally on.
..so i've tried "darken" "multiply" "soft light" "hard light" "overlay" "lighten" "screen" "color overlay" etc etc etc! Non of them work. I've tried using the magical want tool, but that doesnt work (b/c there is a shadow and it leaves a white outline).
