I have a sony cybershot DSC-P32, Whenever i try to take night pictures with the low light feature on and no flash it all ways comes out blurry

The question I have is this, is there a way to fix this problem , am I not holding the camera still enough (This happened once using a tripod), Is there a setting I'm not using or is this camera just bad a taking night pictures?
