Get a stupid answer..
IE:
Q: How many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of an aeroplane?
A: Over nine thousand >8UUU

and then the answerer replies with a stupid question. Gets a stupid answer. Answerer asks a stupid question.
It's a neverending line of stupidity.
