I'm looking to upgrade my S1 to an S2. It's been a great camera, but I want something with a little more clarity. I also like the higher zoom, megapixels, and closer macro focus (0 cm). I'm fairly sure I want to go with an S2 as my next camera since I really like the controls on the S1, but I'm not dead-set. I was also looking at the Olympus 8080. Quite a few MP higher, but not nearly as much optical zoom.

I guess I don't have any specific questions. I'm just looking for general comments on decent ($500-700) cameras. If anyone has any experience with the cameras mentioned, please share.
