I just found this out myself and i imagine that there are a lot of you who didn(t know this either. But here it it. ; there exist a copyright protection on some buildings and any pis made from it :
- the Atomium
- Berlaymont
- all Nato buildings ( in Brussels )
- All buildings by Victor Horta
- The european parlement building
- AND the Eifel tower (but only at night because only the lighting is protected.)

From these i know they are protected , Do you know of any other ?

Exepsions are made for toursist if they are very prominent in the forground and in case of newsworthy events.
