Disagreed. Reviews. They are also the same company as: A&M Photo World, Best Price Cameras, Royal Camera, Express Cameras, Foto Connection, digital Liquidators, & Broadway photo.

Oh man!! There sure are some shoddy companies out there... the most amusing thing was reading their "satisfied customer" comments after I read the reviews on that link Noah provided... They "pride themselves on superior customer service"??? What a joke! Thanks for highlighting this, hopefully it will save a few people from a very bad experience.

i read a message on their site saying they had a power outage in their nyc store, which i guess is where they run the site from...i didnt mention b&h earlier because, the other site had lower prices..silly me...b&h has a great rep here in ny
