Better Text Formatting in PMs and Image Descriptions

I write a lot of long-winded, poorly thought out, and pointless PMs ... but they have helped millions of people (really) ..... is there any way we could have, at the barest minimum ...

and on a good day .. BOLD, ITALIC, and UNDERLINE

I cringe whenever somebody asks how something is done and the reply involves more than 2 words .. sometimes I pleadingly suggest they ask in a forum thread so that I can reply using my annoying flair with grunts and snorts .... and deep down I fear that my newly acquired habit of typing .. dot dot dot ... will ruin my chances for a Pulitzer Prize

noah: one suggestion per thread. If you don't want you idea to be lost just create a new thread in this forum for it.

shout it from the hilltops .. (those without hills can use trees)

b .. i .. and .. u ... not so much ..

how about .... center justified ... for the poetical's and verses .. ;o) .. this would be all comment boxes forum\image .. and, hey, why not PMs too
