Noah? I think using a tripod or some sort of additional stabilizing perch and changing the DOF a little, some further cropping and I might ... just might employ the word 'wow' in your case as well. Nicely done, nonetheless.

Note that i said this was an 'experiment', hense a quickie: scrap the tripod, use a cheapy camera, do it in my house when its darker than dark, wet the flower using a spoon (no seriously)...lol. =P
