as a person who has a love of cg and other wallpapers but is short on time is there anyway to offer galleries and the like as zip files (or some other compression format)?

in short, no. this gets asked/requested every once in a while, and is usually met with some level of suspicion and wariness. You'll just have to come here and see the individual images one at a time, which honestly, isn't a bad thing.

I am suspicious. Why don't you have a gallery started? Or a name? Or a location?

When you have work ripped as often as the members here do you will understand why people are suspicious of anyone wanting whole galleries...

And for DigiCamMan I love CG and wallpapers because i can't make them myself; i don't have the talent and it find it facinating. If i had the talent I would put together a gallery. but unfortunately i don't so for the mean time i'll just have to oogle your works.

The only way to start is to download a program and mess around with it... there are lots of members here who would be more than willing to give you a hand with whatever program you want to try.. Tierazon is one of the easiest program to start off with (its free)...
I had never used these programs until i became a member here, I asked a lot of people lots of questions.. so download it and try it.. i'm sure the members here whos work you like would love to get you started... just ask
