The Artist Spotlight feature is now up and running again, back by popular demand.
Here is what we need to do:
1. Please PM me with a name if you want to nominate someone, ideally it should be an established member with a fairly large personal gallery, maybe someone you feel deserves a bit more attention, but still is fairly accomplished in their area of work. It needs to be an artist who is currently active on the site as providing feedback to someone who probably won't ever see it is rather futile.
2. Each member may only nominate two (2) artists each month.
3. Once a member has succeeded in becoming "Spotlighted Artist", their name and the names of members who nominated them will be placed in a separate list for future reference. The artist will not be eligible for spotlighted artist again until an appropriate amount of time has passed, or until there are no other artists left nominated who have not had a run being spotlighted.
4. 4.Previous Artist’s Spotlighted however, will be placed in the separate list under 'Other Stuff' on the left side.
