I knew this image wouldn't be overly popular, as it isn't "pretty", but 10? wow. by the way, a radial blur,and various other editing tweaks were applied here, including "focal B/W" from Picassa.

Ok .. took me a bit to DL it .. and I was writing a manifesto elsewhere


I think .. the concept is sound, but I feel this execution missed the mark .. a different rapid\eddy .. a color shot, showing motion-blurred reflections .. a wider crop, allowing more room to breathe

ultimately I feel the details are too muddy for somebody to bond with the image .. that somebody, being me, in this particular circumstance

if you choose to stick with B+W, then look for a wider set-piece location .. I would also consider including a rock or log type of entity for stability

I cant really think of anything to say about the image...Actually, I can. It deserves a score higher than 10...maybe 40-50...60 if you got the 'right' voters. But other than that, i have no suggestions on how to improve or anythign...

...but i bet this guy can though. maybe you can watch a few videos of his; learn from other ppl's mistakes.
