A few suggestions for upgrading the user information page...most of these shouldn't be too hard to implement:
1) multi-page functionality for comments -- many of the more popular and most commenting contributors to this site have a lot of comments on their user page...on a slower connection it becomes a bother to thank them or get to the link to view their images.
2) "greeting" comment -- a new blank that would give the user whose page it is a kind of thank you for visiting my page.
3) use of author gallery thumbnail -- instead of using the generic painting with easel perhaps use the thumbnail chosen in caedes control for this.

all good ideas, especially 3 (personal opinion), and 1 (see profile page johanna discussion lol). suggestion 1 seems a bit redundant with your signature, but it could work. Perhaps a personal statement, mini-bio.

Good ideas, I agree. I would also like to see the personal sig added back to the user profile page. Sometimes it is difficult to tell what your sig will look like as you input it on the edit profile form. Having it on the user page always gave a convenient display of the final product without having to make comments as you modify it to check how it came out, and of course other people can see it with your use info too which is always nice.

I've finished #1 and the others are worthwhile as well. Might I suggest adding those to the dev site? dev.caedes.net

Maybe not the right place to ask, but what is this legendary "dev site"? Kinda confused here, so a little help...

It is at dev.caedes.net. It is the developer site where I upload the newest software for testing nd members can go there to report bugs and request new features for the site.
