I have a very dear friend who just got very bad news about her 13 year old son. She is in tears and couldn't talk, but as Lymphoma had been discussed, I am asuming that is the bad news she got. He has swelling in his glands, was in ER on Monday night and the doc there said probably Lymphoma (Cancer). She saw her pediatrician today, called me crying and said "it's not good".
Please, I don't care what your religious beliefs are, please pray for James and his mom Jamie and the whole Miller family. He just turned 13 and is a bright and loving kid. Pray to God, Allah, Jehovah, whomever, just please, pray for them, think good thoughts for them, and ask your friends to please do the same.
Pass this on to as many people you know and ask them to keep the Miller family in their thoughts. Send love and healing their way.
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Update...
He has been tested for TB (results will be in on wed)
Blood tests have been taken to rule out Valley Fever, which is a bad illness that apparently happens here in Fresno, and is treatable but not curable.
IF...the TB test comes back negative for TB, then on friday he will have a biopsy done. The doctor HAS said that if it turns out to be Lymphoma, it is in the early stages and treatable via chemo and radiation.
Keep those prayers coming, keep the family in your thoughts. Thank you so much!
James gets biopsied tomorrow morning (11-30-2007). Please, say a prayer for him and keep his family in your thoughts. Lets hope that biopsy comes back negative!
Think happy things, try and make him laugh (if it doesn't hurt) research actually proves it helps sicknesses!! So though things are bad try and have a laugh. That's all I got, hope he gets better!!
Ok, so the biopsy went well, they removed a lymph node, and said for the most part it looked healthy...however it will be 7-10 days before the report gets back and we know for certain if he indeed has Lymphoma.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...
Please keep those prayers coming!!!
Well, we got the initial report abck, and it so far, seems to be very positive. There are still test results pending before they can say for certain (and give the final report), but keep those prayers coming, it is beginning to look as though he may not have cancer...and that would make for a very MERRY Christmas indeed!
Well we had some good news. His doctor called yesterday and said that PRELIMINARY tests were looking very promising that he does not have cancer...HOWEVER, they are still culturing for Leukemia and Lymphoma and we won't have a 100% result for another couple of weeks...but, as I said, the doctor was very positive in his report to us and said that based on the preliminary tests, there is a very good chance that all his tests will come out well. So definately keep those prayers coming, because they are sure working.
