That happens to me if I forget to click on the small image to enlarge it before I try to click on a rating.

The error occurs when we try to vote without viewing the image full size or we think that we have clicked the radio button , but for reasons unknown, the 'click' didn't record. Clicking the 'back' button works for me to return and resume where I was.
