Greetings Kim: I Looked at your picture of the "Grand Old Flag" at first glance it looked pretty good but Im just not satisfied with a first glance..Let me say, I applaud your effort but must critique your finished product. I enlarged the picture and the very first thing I noticed, is that the flag was backwards. I am former military and I notice those kind of things. Flipping your picture will help. At first thought the color was OK, but in a larger view, I noticed the shadow has restricted the view of the stars, well. . .I really dont want to look at a shadow. The flag has some nice colors in it, and I always prefer to look at colors. I also expected to see the translucent colors from the material the flag is made from. I didnt get to see it.What I mean by this, is with the sun behind the flag, the colors will look brighter. I admire any patriotic actions by any visitor or exchange student. I think you should expect and learn from minor mistakes and by all means keep on taking pictures. You do good work.
While trying to create good pictures, I feel as if I am standing on the edge of Insanity. There is a door. I found myself knocking on the door. The door opened.. . . I was knocking from the inside. Oh Rats!
