Hey, there probably isn't a way but....basically I want to apply the same Color Balance settings that I make in 1 layer, to ALL layers. I have an un godly amount of layers, and after the 12th, I went insane doing it all separately. I'm not too great with photoshop, so is there a way?

Greatly appreciated...

you could copy merged and paste and apply the settings to the merged layer, or export to jpg and apply to the new image but neither one of these would preserve your layers.
You may be able to cheat the system by creating whats called an "Adjustment Layer" It wouldnt actually modify the layers but if you go to Layer->New Adjustment Layer->Color Balance and create a color balance adjustment layer, it would open up a color balance dialogue for you to play with, and it would change how all layers below it are displayed. Keep in mind the layers below it are not actually modified, you would have to do this one layer at a time =D, but this should appease you.

Well I see what you mean about the adjustment layer, but it has to do with making an animated gif. When you jumpover to Imageready, that layer wouldn't work right?

should work fine in imageready, just keep this layer visable in every frame

lol well that is still annoying. You see...I have 128 frames (lol)
I made a flame fractal, and I am experimenting with color rotation from 0 to 255 in steps of 2. I can show you the image, but I want to change the colors. In image ready, it lets me get to the color balance, but it doesn't change anything. Very odd...

try opening the image in photoshop, adding the adjustment layer as the very top layer there, saving, and opening the PSD back up in imageready. I tried this just in case I was wrong and it seemed to work fine.

make a layer with the blending option 'soft light' of whatever oronge/cyan shade you want to ballance to, stick it on top of everything, and adjust the opacity of it, or the tone if it isnt quite right

Yes Carl, but there is 128 frames....that would prove tedious lol. I'll try the adjustment layer thing though...

128 frames, or 128 layers? i didnt know photoshop could do frames if thats what you mean, but one layer on top of 128 layers with the settings i said would apply that to all layers below it, then if you want to minimize the effect in a certain area, you can just slowly erase that area of the top layer

Sorry for the confusion..lol

128 Layers in photoshop, but you can "Jump to" Adobe Image Ready and create frames from layers....IE: 128 frames from 128 layers. But if I change the color adjustments on all the Layers in Photoshop, I can then cause the 128 Frames in Image Ready to also change colors obviously. I just want to know a less tedious way to do this instead of changing them all individually...

ok, maybe the adjustment layer thing will work then, i've never needed to jump to image ready, so i cant help much, but theres definitely got to be something that can do it for you

Yep, you would think that an $800 dollar software would have all the bells and wistles...

Got some useless filters, but should have a way to work with all layers simultaneously and easily...

layers->new adjustment layer in the photoshop menu, pretty handy took in situations like Davids

although thats the only situation I would use them, I believe their intended purpose is to make a new layer for every adjustment you make to a photo, that way you can go back and change the intensity, redo, edit or completely remove and changes you made to the photo without having to undo a bunch of times or go back in history and then be forced to redo everything since the initial error.
