Just curious...how soon can one expect an image to be archived...in less than 24 hours of original upload?

Did you have an image archived Pat? What was the title of it so it can be checked out. Usually images are not archived that quickly. Have a great day!!

um, actually it does happen that quickly at times. Had it happen to me at least half a dozen or so. Usually a polite inquiry as to why, gets a response of "oh, must've been an oversight", and it's corrected.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
Oh, thanks Mimi...yes, my upload yesterday titled Floral Fascination...admittedly rather grainy but thought it might have a little artistic merit to warrant more than a few hours of exposure...I appreciate your help...have a good one.

Don't feel Bad Pat, Three Of Mine Got the Axe in Less than 48 Hours. Has Anyone Else had their Images Permanently Archived in a Day or so after Posting ? Please I Want to Know !

I unarchived it today.
Recall: some of very bad uploads (eg pets out of focus, ...) can be directly archived by the mods.
But it should be not the case of your interesting 'Floral Fascination'. Sorry Pat!
