How about an advance notice of Post Size Limit?

When I go to Upload an image there is no reminder of the size restriction '3200x3200 pixels' until after the upload is attempted if the limit is exceeded. It just may be kinda nice to have the size limit mentioned in a 4th paragraph of the 'Fine Print'. :o)
