Is there a specific procedure you use to upload pics? No matter what size I resize my photo to I get a error message that the picture is to big and I need to resize to 1600x1200, I have tried resizing from 1600x1200 to 800x600 and get the same message. I have tried the resize process with Photo Impressions and Photo Shop and get the same results.I can resize pictures to my website with no problem but for some reason I can't do the same here, advice would be appreciated

Well, I haven't had the problem here, but maybe its just a glitch for ya... the site might just not have been working then or something... I use PSP as well, seems to work just fine in resizing it for caedes. I don't think I can help ya with the problem, my real only advice is to try again.

Is it possible that you posted it at 1200x1600 instead of 1600x1200?

I've had a look at the image. The resolution of it is about 2000x1500 pixels. If you resize it as the website suggested (to 1600x1200 pixels or smaller) you'll be able to upload it (I think). I'm afraid that I forgot to actually try to upload it before I deleted the image.

I don't understand what I am doing wrong, the program says it resizes the picture but obviously it isn't. Thanks for your time

Are you using the crop tool in photoshop?

If there's still a glitch, send the original image to me and I'll try to futz with it. But you already have some heavy hitters here to help, so...

I am using Photo Impressions a photo editing program on the H/P office machine. I can resize pictures to 800x600 to my website but for some reason it won't do it here. Has to be something I am doing wrong since no one else is having a problem. The picture I was trying to upload to this site is at this addy it is the very last picture on the last page *there are three pages*

Picture looks nice. I suggest going to the help index in photoshop and look specifically at the instructions for using the crop tool;-)
