I would like to challenge the administrators of this website to go to wallpaper abyss's website & open up their website alongside CAEDES.net...put the screens side by side & see which loads the faster....CAEDES administrators apparently don't care about tweeking this website for speed & good quality pics....that is unfortunate!!!!

what's unfortunate, is that you couldn't have added this "I'm not happy" grouchfest to your other post ..

it's stuff like this that slows the site down



the administrators of this website have created a place for you to TAKE from without GIVING back ... 75 comments to the photographers and digital artists that have given freely to YOU, since Sept 2006, is hardly recompense and yet, YOU are not happy

Um if anything I find caedes faster than the other sites I regularly visit (facebook and deviantart)...

I take offence to that last comment about quality pics.. you must be looking in the wrong places because there are lots of fantastic pics and art work on here..

and I don't have a speed problem with this site it loads pretty fast, maybe it's because you have other sites open side by side looking for something to complain about

All I can say is that increased performance of the site is mainly (at this point) dependent on the servers that we have. Servers are expensive (about $400 a month for us right now), and we depend on Cadre memberships to finance this. Therefore, Cadre=faster servers for everyone (including omaha who is not a Cadre member, *hint hint nudge nudge*).
