A friend of mine, Delkaoth, requested that I post this because he cannot access the forums to report it himself. This is the problem he had: "I decided to change the icon on my profile. I clicked the button to choose the new icon, selected the icon I wanted,and then clicked the button to upload the icon. As soon as I clicked the upload button, a new webpage came up and displayed an internal server error message. I hit back on the browser, selected the icon again, and clicked upload icon a second time. This time it took me to my profile page, with the icon successfully changed."

It doesn't sound like anything to worry about, just a glitch that happens every now and then
