I think that the only way that could have happened is if your used the same computer as comeone else and they didn't log out. So you would have actually been on their account. I'll check that there isn't actually a site bug that could have caused it though.

I thought that perhaps your grandchild had been over and possibly logged in (at some point during both your sessions) and in turn, some how your upload went to their galleries/account instead of your galleries.
