Is there any chance of setting up a gallery for wallpapers specially designed to fit dual monitors? You'd need a program like Ultramon to utilize the wallpaper correctly, but I still think it's a good idea. Perhaps it could just be a smaller, less specific gallery than what's set up now, or even just sub-galleries off of the existing ones.
Ohhh, on my wish list. The panoramic screens that is.
I am curious though (noob here), would the images used have to necessarily be different? Are you talking about resolution sizes? File types?
Don't know if you have seen this, but, I came across a question not unlike yours in context, and the person was directed to make a suggestion on the development site, hopefully found here:
I never knew about the developer site. Thanks for pointing that out.
As for your question, the images wouldn't necessarily have to be different. For example, I have one image that's 2048x768 stretched across my two screens. You could also have two different images, say 1024x768 each, on each monitor. It depends on your taste. The file type doesn't matter as far as I know, as long as they're image files.
I appreciate your thoughts as to how to improve and expand the site, let alone providing the link to those that can make use of the program you have pointed out.
I am eagerly awaiting the 'full' launch of the new and improved version of the site to see what has been incorporated. With, uhm ... baited monitor? :P
