Well .. if its been as long as you say they must have been scribed on stone tablets and wouldn't display very well with modern software
tell us where you're from, the name of your first grade teacher and the color of your first bicycle ... so that we may draw conclusions on your thought process and where you would have placed the folder .. I'll venture a guess, though, that it's on your C: drive

How do we know that his computer even has a hard disk? He may have stored his images on reel-to-reel tape and left the spool with the images in the bathroom under the sink next to the slightly moldy "emergency" toilet paper which is only single-ply and thus normaly shunned by the bathroom-using public. Huh? He's left us _nothing_ to go on!!!1111``~
Reminds me of when I had about 700 files, most unnamed and thrown randomly into one folder.. Then I decided to clean up and organize, and I now have 2248 files, collected over many years, all organized into 75 folders and subfolders (now I can find everything as almost all are labeled). I just have a hard time deleting anything... :(
Oh… I can answer that one for you… quite easily… apart from the adventures of the idiot art director, there's the story of a family friend of ours. My dad gave her one of his old computers, and shipped it down to her in Florida. Being the obsessive compulsive freak that he is, he carefully labelled everything. "Plug A" "Port A", etc.
A week later, he gets a phone call "Ok, I got everything set up, but the footpedal doesn't work". Wait for it… take a moment… that's right… it was the mouse. Can you breathe now, or are you gasping for breath around your giggles down there on the floor?
Click the Start button, click on search and search for pictures, music or video then choose pictures. You should be awarded with all the jpeg image files and thier locations. Just pass your mouse pointer over the image to reveal the location of each image.
This might help in conjunction with Mayne's suggestions. Some further information on "how to search for files."
Left-click with your mouse on this ---> link <--- and you will be taken to a Microsoft page where it explains in more detail the 'how to's.' Good luck. :o)
Geez! I hope she didn't get upset with us..It was all in fun..=P

Just be because you can't see the "Men in Black", doesn't mean they are not following me... It just shows that you are in denial that they may also be following you... And you say I'M paranoid... :o)
