Changing Pixels

Would anyone know how I would change the pixels of a picture to 1600 x 1200. The original is 1200 x 1600.

if you have windows .. but not photoshop .. try irfanview .. it's a free image viewer that does alot of things

then see .. this thread How to resize verticals

and .. after all that .. if you still have questions = ask them .. and we'll try to be a little less mysterious
