Do you believe my Canon SD 450, as far as I can tell, doesn't give me an adjustment for the flash? My Canon S2 IS has a doo-hicky wherein I can adjust the flash output. But, it's a Canon and it really doesn't matter as I can't take decent indoor or nite shot with a flash. I can stand at the edge of NYC and drop the output and it would still light up all the way to England... :~(
My outdoor skills and macro stuff (in natural light) seems to be slowy improving...that's my opinion anyway. Any good links on how to shoot things indoors that has a heartbeat (human, I mean)?
i have an idea which may or may not help..why not try using a diffuser? on professional shoots, screens, umbrellas and other devices are used to diffuse flash and sun light...so maybe if you devise something on a smaller scale...? if you try it, i'm curious as to what kind of luck you had
I could wile away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head I'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain
just a brief, simple, intro to fill flash, exposure balancing .. posted mainly for the humor and not the practical content ... there, I said it
