Happy belated Saint Patty's Day...I'm so proud of myself! I made corned beef all by my lonesome for the first time...and it turned out!

No cabbage, though...I don't like the texture... :P

I am supposed to look beyond the words for the real meat of the matter.....talke about meat...Jessiac- I am proud of you for making the corned beef. I had some last night myself with cabbage and carrots. It is somewhat salty but it's a nice change from steak and burgers or chicken.
